Send your customer a private link on WhatsApp, the app they already check all day, or download the invoice as a PDF.
Track who has paid
Mark invoices as sent or paid. Anything past its due date is flagged as overdue for you.
Registered for VAT or not, you are covered
The VAT registration threshold rose to R2.3 million on 1 April 2026, so more small businesses can now choose to stay out of VAT. Faktuur works either way.
Add your VAT number when you sign up, and tick the VAT option on each invoice that needs it. Not registered? Leave the number out and issue invoices without VAT.
